Stay on Top of the Salesforce Summer ‘20 Release

As a part of its mission to empower companies with state-of-the-art capabilities, Salesforce is constantly evolving and improving its platform with three releases per year. This year the Salesforce Summer 2020 release will be globally available from July 20, 2020.

The release notes indicate that some promising enhancements are on their way. Improvements in Einstein Search, Einstein Voice and the In-App Guidance Builder look exciting. The introduction of the new Salesforce Optimiser App for admins is definitely a highlight.

Save the Dates!

Non-preview instance will be upgraded on July 17 to 18, 2020

The Release Date for Summer ’20 was originally scheduled in June, however, due to COVID-19, this has been pushed back to July 17th & 18th depending on your Salesforce instance. If you are unsure about the instance you are using, verify it at the Salesforce Trust website.

Features will be generally available on July 20, 2020

You can get the early access and take advantage of exciting new features, functionality, and customisations. Mark your calendar as all of Salesforce Summer ’20 innovations will be available from July 20, 2020.
