Microsoft Office 365

Office 365 has really helped take remote working to a new level. From home to business, from desktop to web – Office 365 delivers the productivity and collaboration tools you need to get your work done. Some of our favourite gems include;

• Microsoft TeamsA work hub allowing your teams to communicate through chat, meetings and calls and collaborate with integrated office 365 and third-party apps such as; Word, Excel, Planner and many more.
• Microsoft PlannerA kanban board allowing you to schedule and assign tasks, track task progress, chat about tasks and organise them using ‘buckets’ – even better when pulled into a Microsoft Team along with all of your other project information.
• Microsoft DelveForget trying to remember where you saved documents, Delve uses machine learning to prompt you with the right documents you need (sometimes before you even knew you needed them!) based upon what you are working on and who you’re working with.

Office 365 is even more useful combined with Dynamics 365, creating a much deeper and contextual experience – bringing you the right information, in the right place, at the right time. For example; if you are working in Outlook and open up an email, you can see a dashboard of Dynamics 365 information such as; open activities and cases as well being able to quickly add new contacts and accounts. Prefer working in Excel? Open a list of Dynamics 365 data in Excel to make changes on the fly with changes easily saved back to the database.
