Dogma Group of companies is an entrepreneurial company – not overly formal, constantly developing, agile and commercial in our mind-set. We are customer-focused, and want peers who go the extra mile, who are inquisitive and can take up a challenge.
We have a firm belief that our biggest asset is our people and the team. We love team players who support their colleagues, identify the diverse strengths of the team, and leverage the same to help the customers and achieve the major goals of the Dogma Group.
Customer outcomes are at the heart of what we do, and we need people who understand how their efforts contributes to this: whether you are processing customers invoices, manging projects, developing applications or answering client queries you all bring value to the bigger picture. And if you do that with energy, ownership and an enquiring mind, you will fit into the Dogma team.
In the dynamic sector of technology, we put learning and development and keeping up with new tools and skills at the forefront. We encourage the teams to use 20% of their working month on development – knowing the technology, building their familiarity, applying the knowledge and helping colleagues and customers – all through our centres of excellence.
We believe in open communication, and we are honest in our approaches.
We are always hungry for the next improvement and aim to deliver exceptional results.
We understand every individual’s part in the bigger picture, and we continually measure performance, recognise, and reward based on capability and contribution.
We believe that everyone is different and appreciate and respect what diversity brings.
Our teams are the heart of our organisation. We believe a team is stronger than individual parts and we celebrate team spirit.
Whichever role you choose, we want you to grow and accelerate your career.
